Hi, I’m Derry! If we’ve not already met, I’m an international wedding photographer based in Liverpool - Scouse and proud. If you’re not sure where Liverpool is on the map, it’s that boss place that rustled up The Beatles, a great stew, and The Titanic.

I love love. I’ve been shooting weddings for the best part of 8 years - which makes me feel incredibly old. Nothing makes me happier than watching two lovebirds say ‘I do’, and hopping on a plane to explore somewhere completely brand new.  I’m very partial to shedding a tear, so if you catch my lip quivering behind the viewfinder during your ceremony - no you didn’t. Looking for someone to capture those funny little moments you never want to forget? There’s nothing better than reminiscing about the time your nan had one G&T too many, or when your dad rigorously shook his hips to Shakira on the dance-floor (a personal memory from Christmas 2017). Where can you find me?

Most likely roaming around this funny little place called Liverpool.

It’s a weird little city. We all worship an 18ft bird that sits on top of a giant clock. Not sure what that’s all about. We also say things like: “G’wed lad get us a bevvy”, and “That’s proper wool behaviour that like”.

We did come 2nd in a poll for the UK’s friendliest cities though, so if you ever find yourself here you’re in good hands.

 
 
 
Summer lighting and colour hits different🌻 Is anyone else fed up with the rain already? I only have a couple of weddings now before Christmas so the next two months will be mostly spent prepping for a *fingers crossed* Christmas studio launch 💃?
Kids at weddings are just my absolute bloody favourite, look at these little faces 🥹 (There’s also nothing better than watching a tiny human cause havoc at a wedding in the name of fun 👹 I think we should all take note, adulting is boring)
